Egg Bhejo

Ingredients:-

  • Sliced onion
  • Sliced garlic
  • Red chili
  • Boiled eggs
  • Salt water
  • Lemon water
  • Tamarind water
  • Coriander leaves

Method:-

  • Take oil in a pan and add sliced onions
  • Deep fry sliced onions (onions should be nice golden brown color and must be crispy)
  • Remove onions from oil and keep it on a plate
  • When onions cool down, they become crispy
  • In same oil, add garlic
  • When garlic slices stops sizzling and becomes golden brown, remove from oil and keep aside
  • In same oil, add red chilies
  • Roast for a while and remove from oil and keep it aside
  • Grind the chilies, when they cool down (this becomes red chili flakes)
  • Take a bowl
  • Crush some roasted garlic and add to the bowl.
  • Add fried onions and crushed red chilies
  • Mix well. (this becomes onion garlic chili mixture)
  • Now, take a boiled egg, cut in a center, leaving a gap.
  • Stuff onion garlic chilies mixture in a gap
  • Add salt water, lemon water, tamarind water, oil (this all should be 1-2 tbsp) and finally garnish with some coriander leaves.
