Egg Biryani

  • Take ghee in a big pan
  • Add cumin, cinnamon, long, cardamom
  • Mix well
  • Add long sized cut onion,
  • Add green chilly long cutted,
  • Cashew nuts  and ground nuts
  • And cook until onions gets brown colour
  • Add salt,
  • Ginger- garlic paste,
  • Red salt, turmeric, coriander powder
  • Mix well
  • Add boiled eggs and mix them in mixture (just coat the mixture over the boiled eggs )
  • Take out the eggs.
  • Add long cut tomatoes or tomato puree
  • Coriander leaves
  • Add  some curd
  • Mix well
  • Add mixture coated eggs
  • Add soaked rice in it
  • Mix well and add water according to the rice quantity
  • Cook for 15 minutes at simmer gas.

Serve hot and enjoy the meal.
