- Take ghee in a big pan
- Add cumin, cinnamon, long, cardamom
- Mix well
- Add long sized cut onion,
- Add green chilly long cutted,
- Cashew nuts and ground nuts
- And cook until onions gets brown colour
- Add salt,
- Ginger- garlic paste,
- Red salt, turmeric, coriander powder
- Mix well
- Add boiled eggs and mix them in mixture (just coat the mixture over the boiled eggs )
- Take out the eggs.
- Add long cut tomatoes or tomato puree
- Coriander leaves
- Add some curd
- Mix well
- Add mixture coated eggs
- Add soaked rice in it
- Mix well and add water according to the rice quantity
- Cook for 15 minutes at simmer gas.
Serve hot and enjoy the meal.
