Momos

Dough making:

Maida , salt, water

Mix them

Knead dough

It should be soft

Grease oil and rest for 30 minutes.

Stuffing:

Pan + oil + garlic + ginger + chili

Saute well

Add onion + carrot + cabbage

Stir well ( do not over cook )

Add pepper and salt.

Process:

Make small balls of dough and roll gently

Add stuffing, start pleating, seal tight

Steam or fry them.

Chutney:

Mixture of chutney:

Red chili + tomato + water

Microwave it for 5 minutes

Grind it into a fine powder

Process of chutney:

Take a pan + oil + garlic + ginger + onions + salt + soya sauce  + Add grinded chili tomato mixture + tomato sauce + vinegar

Cook for 10 minutes at low flame

Serve with momo.
