- Paneer makhni
For tomato onion gravy:
- Oil: ½ tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1/2tsp
- Onions: 2 (sliced)
- Coriander powder: 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4tsp
- Red chili powder: 1 tsp
- Tomatoes: 3 medium size (chopped)
- Garlic: 6-7 cloves
- Ginger: ½ inch
- Cashew nuts: 5
- Whole Kashmiri red chilies: 2
- Salt to taste
- Water: 200ml
