Premenstrual Syndrome

Type of emotional changes before, and at the time of periods are – Premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It’s associated with changes within the body’s hormone. As hormone level rise and fall during a woman’s menstrual cycle, they’ll affect the way she feels, both emotionally and physically. Eating right, getting enough sleep, and exercising, may help relieve a number of symptoms of PMS.
