Self care is nothing hard, it is just taking time to do what makes your soul happy. It is so important to take time for yourself and find clarity

Just close your eyes and imagine the best version of you possible, that’s who you really are.

The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. Eating healthy and staying active is a great way to stay connected to yourself and your higher power, whether that’s God, the Universe, or simply your own internal guidance system. When we allow our internal systems ( physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual ) to be clogged and bogged down by lethargy and unnatural substances, we block the opportunity for spiritual growth.

Some Self-care tips:

  1. Get outside
  2. Leave your phone outside your bedroom at night
  3. Try an outdoor workout
  4. Help others
  5. Aromatherapy – breathe the right scents
  6. Gets 7-9 hours of sleep every night
  7. Keep a journal
  8. Stress less
  9. Focusing on present
  10. Ignore past and future thoughts
  11. Be mindful
  12. Be happy
  13. Dance around
  14. Mediate
  15. Watch less T.V
  16. Face your fears
  17. Create a mood board
  18. Drink more water
  19. Turn up the tunes of your favourite songs
  20. Eat more fruits and veggies
  21. Take a break from social media, e-mail, blogging, and many more
  22. Travel more and explore new adventours
  23. Indulge in a massage
  24. Do some light exercise everyday
  25. Eat berries – boosts brain health
  26. Reading is actually really good for our health
