Can I drink milk during my Periods?

Dairy isn’t a smart choice during periods. Consuming too many milk or milk-based products on your periods are wrong.

It causes:-

  1. cramps
  2. bloating
  3. gas
  4. diarrhea.

As dairy products contain Arachidonic acid which can act as a trigger for menstrual cramps.

Tip: Opt for buttermilk and toned milk—both of which are recommended period food.
