MOONG DAL HALWA

INGREDIENTS

  • Moong dal (dhuli): 1 bowl
  • Ghee: 3 tsp
  • Sugar: ½ bowl
  • Elaichi powder: ½ tsp
  • Almonds: 4pcs
  • Cashew: 4pcs

METHOD

  • Soak moong dal overnight and make a fine paste.
  • Take pan and pour ghee, heat it.
  • Pour paste of moong dal in pan and roast it till it turns in to golden brown.
  • Add little amount of water into it.
  • Add sugar.
  • Mix it well.
  • Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
