INGREDIENTS:
- Ragi/Singhada/Rice flour/Besan: 1 bowl
- Jiggery: ½ bowl
- Groundnut: ½ bowl
- Ripe papaya: 3 tsp
- Water: 1 cup
METHOD
- Roast groundnuts, remove red skin and grind to a fine powder.
- Roast besan flour.
- Prepare jiggery syrup using 1 cup water.
- Add roasted groundnut powder and besan flour.
- Cook along with mashed ripe papaya.
- Before cooling spread it on a flat bottom plate.
- Cut into equal pieces.
- You can also garnish with almonds and cashews.
