
Ingredients:
- Onions: 3 thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder: ½ teaspoon
- Few drops of vinegar or lemon juice
Method:
- Sprinkle the sliced onions with salt and leave for 3-4 minutes
- Then rinse and drain
- Add the chili powder, a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice and salt
- Toss the onions to coat thoroughly
