Ingredients:
- Maida: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Cocoa: ½ cup (opt.)
- Egg: 6
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence: few drops
Method:
- Beat the egg white till very stuff
- Gradually add castor sugar
- Then add the yellow part of eggs one by one
- Add a few drops of vanilla essence
- Gradually add purpose flour (maida), mixed with baking powder
- Mix with cut and fold method
- Add cocoa powder
- Pour the mixture into the oven bowl
- Now bake the cake in the oven for few minutes
- Cooldown the cake.
