Kadai paneer

  • Take a deep cooking pot
  • Take oil in it,
  • Add ginger, onion, tomatoes (all in long size )
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Add long cut sized capsicum
  • Add a mixture formed of:

Coriander seeds,

Clove,                     

Cardamom,          

Red chilly

This mixture should be in powder form

  • Add little water in it
  • Add salt
  • Add paneer pieces
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Add cream
  • Add kasuri methi and  dried coriander
  • Mix well and cook for a while
  • Serve hot with lachedaar parantha.
