- Take a deep cooking pot
- Take oil in it,
- Add ginger, onion, tomatoes (all in long size )
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add long cut sized capsicum
- Add a mixture formed of:
Coriander seeds,
Clove,
Cardamom,
Red chilly
This mixture should be in powder form
- Add little water in it
- Add salt
- Add paneer pieces
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add cream
- Add kasuri methi and dried coriander
- Mix well and cook for a while
- Serve hot with lachedaar parantha.
