Ingredients:
- Small chicken pieces
- Butter
- Ginger (adrak) (long pieces)
- Green chili (long size)
- Black pepper powder
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Water
Method:
- Take a kadhai
- Add butter, allow to melt
- Add ginger, green chili, black pepper, salt
- Cover with a lid for a while
- Add lemon juice and chicken pieces
- Cover for a while, until chicken pour out its water
- Add some water
- Cover for 5 minute
- Serve hot
