Lemon chicken

Ingredients:

  • Small chicken pieces
  • Butter
  • Ginger (adrak) (long pieces)
  • Green chili (long size)
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Water

Method:

  • Take a kadhai
  • Add butter, allow to melt
  • Add ginger, green chili, black pepper, salt
  • Cover with a lid for a while
  • Add lemon juice and chicken pieces
  • Cover for a while, until chicken pour out its water
  • Add some water
  • Cover for 5 minute
  • Serve hot
