INGREDIENTS
- Moong dal (dhuli): 1 bowl
- Ghee: 3 tsp
- Sugar: ½ bowl
- Elaichi powder: ½ tsp
- Almonds: 4pcs
- Cashew: 4pcs
METHOD
- Soak moong dal overnight and make a fine paste.
- Take pan and pour ghee, heat it.
- Pour paste of moong dal in pan and roast it till it turns in to golden brown.
- Add little amount of water into it.
- Add sugar.
- Mix it well.
- Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
